The apple will add a light sweet note and a rounder taste and the lemon will boost all the flavours, as it always does.
Depending on the veggies that you want to juice, you can substitute the apple with a different fruit that works better with the other flavours and the lemon with the lime.
Just add a fruit + a citrus.
And you’ll make peace with green juices.
CLEANSING ENERGIZING GREEN JUICE
- 2 apples
- 6 small stalks of celery (or 3 big ones)
- 1 small lemon
- 1 fennel
- 1 cucumber
- a piece of fresh ginger (about 5 cm)
Juice all the ingredients, mix with a spoon and enjoy immediately!
